Don’t miss the preparation …

Here it is, another Monday. The last one in November, 34 days before this year ends, and somebody is more lost by the minute. Maybe it’s because you’ve taken more losses than wins, this year. Maybe it’s because you’ve been sick, a lot, this year. Maybe it’s depression, a dark season that seems to have no end, or you’re simply tired of everything and everybody.

Tired of having to scrape together and still struggling, praying with no answer, church hopping and no real connection, seeking but never finding, trusting and it’s taking a toil, or being patient with no results.

On top of all this, you still have to get up because somebody is depending on you. You still have to push because your destiny is depending on you. You still have to stand, while hurt and in pain because your life depends on it.

What do you do? Keep going.

Somebody is saying, “Girl, bye. It’s easy for you to say when you don’t know the hell I’m going through.”

You’re right, but hear me out. You can’t give up. Well, you could because it’s your choice, however, I believe there’s a purpose for all God does. Especially the dark times and trouble. See, you’re expecting to see it, but what if God is using the darkness to strengthen your ears to hear it? What if the trouble is preparing you to handle it? What if God is waiting for you to consent to it before you understand it?

You simply have to believe in His power and trust in His word. Despite what it looks like. God is God and He doesn’t lie or go back on His promises. Yes, it’s rough and it’s been hard, but eventually, seasons change. Yours will too. Yet, don’t miss the preparation being so focused on the plan.
