February 4, 2024, Temple Church stepped out on faith. We didn’t start with 100 people and a large bank account. We began with $500, the faith of Pastor Kisha, her husband Willie, and 14 people who said yes to #TempleChurch.
Today, we’re still saying yes with our very first giving campaign: #buildHER. Because of the consistent generosity of our members and friends—people who give faithfully, cheerfully, and sacrificially month after month—we’re almost to our first goal toward building our worship facility.
Thank you for every seed sown and prayer lifted. Thank you for trusting Temple as good ground. As Reese Rucker always says: “Every seed is a brick, every offering is a step, and every sacrifice is a way of saying, ‘Lord, we’re making room for You.’”
