What do you do when every day it feels like you’re in the fight of your life? You fight!
“Did she say fight?”
Why yes I did. But this won’t be you just swinging all willy nilly. Naw. In this fight, you must focus on the thing that’s after you and what you’ve prayed for. I’m talking about the enemies on the path trying to hinder you. The enemies in the midst trying to distract you. Then the enemies waiting when you get what God promised to make you forget it was God and you start taking credit like it was you.
You must fight. But what your fight is going to acquire, this time, will be far greater than anything you’ve ever had before. This time your fight is for stuff bigger than your expectations. To own and not rent, to buy and not borrow, to be the employer, not the employee, to be healed, for your family to be delivered, for God’s spirit, and to see God, clearer. This time your fight is for what you’ve been called for.
But read this with your good eye. THIS FIGHT WON’T BE PHYSICAL, IT’S PERSONAL.
You’re going to have to fight to hush, not post in your feelings, act out of character, raise your fist, complain, and act as if God has forsaken you. You’re going to have to fight flesh and temptations. You’re going to have to fight the urge to sin and revert to your old ways. Why? Because this fight is for your present, future, and legacy.
And if the enemy wins access to your land, he’ll come after your life next. Why is he after you? Because even when you don’t know how anointed you are. The enemy does. This is why you can’t fight with your fist, but with God and on your face, fasting, prayer, and worship. Beloved, the enemy isn’t after who and what he already has. He’s after who and what God has His hands on. And if you ever want to know the areas you’re anointed in. Look at what the enemy attacks.
So, are you going to fight or fold?
